And now it is time for this week’s segment of (virtual drum roll)………….. Fashionable Find of the Week! This week I am featuring a classy yet quirky dress by one of my fave online stores: ModCloth!

Since the autumn season is beginning, many of us are resorting to dreary browns and burgundies. But who says that just because the weather is a bit cloudier means that we can’t wear colors that make us feel happy? That is why I love the bright exterior of this dress. Plus the cut is flattering on any body type, which can never hurt! Many may think that this fire-engine red may look clowny, but the truth is, if you wear it the right way, it can look amazing!
This is how I would wear it:
Dress: http://www.modcloth.com/shop/dresses/cue-the-compliments-dress#, Scarf: http://www.laceaffair.com/i-gotta-bow-neck-scarf-in-sunshine/, Blazer: http://spottedmoth.com/outerwear/lady-margaret-blazer, Shoes: http://spottedmoth.com/shoes/jazz-oxford-honeysuckle
In this ensemble, the whimsical, mustard bow keeps the dress from looking too stark. The billowy blazer prevents the outfit from looking to structured, between the Oxfords and the shapely dress. And finally, the shoes add a trendy touch and a bit of texture.
What do you think about this week’s pick? Do you love it? Do you hate it? Make sure to rate it in the comments!
Dance Forever,
Rachel
