One of my favorite stores, Forever 21, has done it again! They have created an adorable yet affordable dress that I LOVE!!!!! It is the Pleated Floral Collar Dress!

This semi-sheer dress boasts a soft pink exterior, featuring a quirky sewn in peter pan collar. The vintage inspired, pleated design of its skirt is absolutely beautiful. Here is how I would wear it:

I love this outfit because the beautiful lace tights mimic the peter pan collar on the dress, but the teal shoes keep it from being too proper, plus it adds a playful and whimsical pop of color.
