I love breakfast casseroles. the’re easy, quick, convenient, and most of all, delicious! Today I decided to make one using this recipe. I love this one because of all of the bacon in it!!!! It is no secret, I LOVVVVVVVEEEEE BACON!!!! It is the most amazing substance in the universe. If any one disagrees, they’re lying. I know it
. I even love bacon so much that I doubled the amount used in the recipe. Anyways, this recipe’s end result is truly amazing. After it bakes, it fluffs up to about twice its original size. Its mind blowing
. By the way, to explain the broken glass part of the title, I must tell you that I am the clumsiest ballerina anyone has ever seen. Period. Well, I was happily cooking bacon and inhaling the delicious aroma that the bacon fat spattered into my face, when all of a sudden, I hit the casserole dish with my elbow. And just like that, it shattered, leaving me with this to clean up:
Ya, I’m smart. Don’t try that at home unless you want to end up like me, with a @#!*% foot from stepping on broken glass while sweeping up more broken glass. On a happier note, though, the casserole turned out amazing and fluffy, and I can’t wait to gobble up more of it!!
